ootd: skate
This was such a fun and cool outfit. Super chilled out with the tunic and shirt and headband and perfect for those good days out skating and doing busy things!
ootd: hippy
This outfit felt like it broke every single rule of fashion and balance, but it totally worked for me and I love it! I wouldn't wear it to college probably but it is still such a cool outfit. I paired a big maxi skirt with a frilly little white dress and a long jumper and hat. Totally worked, but that's one of the great things about being able to experiment with fashion and finding out what can defy rules and still look great!

ootd: tee dress
This dress has been featured on here before, but not like this. When I get the sissors to things it is usually for the best, and this dress was another of my "lets cut it" things. Simply chopping an inch off the sleeves and a bit more off the length, change the style of it, making it much less fitted and no need for the belt around it. Perfect for hot lazy days where shorts and trousers are not an option.

ootd: white dress//black jacket
Before when I said I loved Free People it was the type of love you say about cities you have never been to before. Now when I say I love Free People, I mean it. Say hello to the little white dress and black jacket. Two amazing bargins my friends across the pond sent me. Totally worth it all. The dress (despite being a dress) looks amazing with jeans. The jacket (which I found in the sale with £100 knocked off) is a great warm little jacket, its perfect for Spring through to summer as a great little add on. Add a hat and some (all be it odd) sandals and you have a great little hippy outfit for whatever you day brings.

ootd: deinm jacket
Todays OOTD has been one I have been planning for weeks but I havent had the jacket to execute it. Now it has finally come I will most likely be wearing it for the next week. But its just a really simple casual outfit. Long white tee (that I made) over leggings with a cut off denim jacket. Perfect for casual spring/cool summer days.
The sandals I have been thinking about buying for weeks now and finally did and they have given me the worst blisters ever so I couldn't even tie them up for the photo but they are pretty, and please excuse the bandaged toe - June is turning into one of those months were I am getting more injuries than I can count on my hand....
List of Injuries so far, for those interested: - cut across thigh from falling into barbed wire
- sliced of toe nail from opening the wrong door
- stitched my finger on sewing machine half way through college photo shoot
- worst blisters of my life that were red raw and bloody before half 7 this morning.

ootd: crochet jumper
I have a job - yay! Working on retail - yay! And the best thing about it this is the staff discount on amazing clothes! One of them is this amazing jumper - holey but perfect for this time of year and looks good with jeans, my hat an new gladiator sandals for a chilled slightly boho looks and some good bangles.

ootd: handmade kimono
I love kimonos - just like the rest of the world. But for what they are, they cost a bomb. So when I embarked on a quest to find a long, summer weight and cheap kimono, I hopelessly failed. Until one night (when I should have been revising) I had a brainwave - What if I could make one?
So thats what I did. I bought a scarf that I loved and that was only £7.99 from TK MAXX. With a few cuts here and there and a few machine stitches here and there also, emerged my handmade kimono! Completely impressed by the best idea and design and outcome I have ever completed, I have literally been wearing it ALL weekend! Its just perfect for this time of the year. Because it is as mum said "in a league of its one" it literally goes with everything: jeans, harem pants, shorts, leggings. Because of the print I used as long as the colours I wear are simple it goes.
BOOM!
P.S. If you are wondering I have done anything with my hair - yes I have, but it has been a bit of a nightmare so don't mention the ginger roots. I'm just getting over the embarrassment of it all.

ootd: boyfriends jeans
So I wasn't quite ready when mum took this photo this morning, but the point is the clothes I'm wearing. Skinny jeans are taking a break this season, and the baggy boyfriend jeans are back. Much more comfy and easy to wear with a plain top or a slightly more girly one to balance it out. They also look great with ankle boots and sandal s.

ootd: dungarees
This was my other bargin buy from TK Maxx for just £14.99. A pair of dungarees! When I told my dad this was what I had bought, he simply said "but you're not a toddler anymore?" And no I am not, but I am an artist, and so therefore I can get away with it. I knew I would regret not buying them so I picked eventually bought them. They are really comfy and surprisingly easy to wear. I just throw on a tee and a cardi and I am good to go. Granted they dont suit everyone, but I think with the right wash and cut dungarees could potentially look great on you even if you aren't a child!

ootd: native americans
Me and mumma went shopping in TK Maxx today. Its a shop neither of us really like because we don't really like searching through all the clothes, but today we were. We found this top in there for £11.99 along with a few other bargins (coming soon) and I loved it, I thought it was so cool but didn't really think I would ever wear it. I tried it on and still umed and ured about it for ages. Eventually mum said she would buy it for me. It is such a cool top, really completely hippy and a bit native american. It is so funky, its basically like a poncho with an invisible stitch on either side for the arms, with little feather tassals and beads hanging quite low down the front. Still with jeans this top is toned down a little and not so hippy but still so awesome! And I love it!

ootd: kimono
There was nill planning that went into doing this outfit today, it was literally just a case of throwing on clothes and seeing what I fancied wearing. This was the outfit that came as a result. I can't tell if its a casual one or a slightly smarter one, but either way I like it. It comfy and a bit springy and generally a pretty good outfit I feel!
P.S. Excuse the hair, it was annoying me so I just went for the messy I dont care look!

ootd: black western
When the choice was presented to my mother this morning about which shorts to wear she actually chose my flowery pair. But like any daughter I did the opposite and went for the more casual option. Fat Face boots and jewerly were paired with it for a casual outfit, but at the same time feeling strangely Great Western when paired with my boots.
EXCITING NEWS: this photo was taken on my new phone! Is there a difference?

ootd: gig print
Tonight I'm of to a gig with some friends at Southseas Pie and Vinyl. Amazingly mum and dad are letting me go and I'm sticking with the first outfit I put on - my print trousers a cut off green tee and my cardi. With my hair in a fish tail braid and with some awesome jewelry I'm ready for the night!

ootd: tee dress
Todays outfit was such a simple one, it was litterally just a dress but with a plain white tee thrown over the top. It makes the outfit a lot more casual and versatile for the everyday. It was basically just transforming the dress into a much casualler skirt. Perfect for my day shopping!

ootd: black and white
Proving that black and white dont always have to be smart looking, I opted for for the casual version of this outfit today. With my boots, bleached denim jacket and great jewelry again it was another perfect transitional outfit.

ootd: sheer white tee
Todays outfit was similar to yesterdays in the sense of jeans and a white tee. But with lighter jeans, a white tee shirt and much more bling, it was at the same time a very different feeling outfit compared to that of yesterday. Paired with my leather jacket in the morning and grey cardi in the afternoon it was a chilled and casual look. Along with my heeled boots from Fat Face, it felt like the perfect transitional outfit from Winter to Spring.
And the best part? That white tee only cost me £2.50.
No I didn't order it in every size avaliable.

ootd: modern artist
Todays outfit was a pretty casual one with my plan white shirt rolled up, dark jeans, black shoes, denim jackets and this weekends theme: great jewelry. I wore this shirt about 2 years (if you can find it) in a post and how I felt like an artist (hence the title) and while I don't quite feel that way anymore, I still think it is a really cool shirt and one that is so easy to style up or down.
The denim jacket is my latest customizing. I picked it up from a charity shop for a fiver. Didn't like the colour that much, but still wore it rill I bleached it. The bleaching went a bit paler than I wanted, but the lightness of it still looks really cool against the dark parts were I didnt bleach it.
Totally cool and comfy and perfect spring out!
